Auction Items

All Assets owned by the Board of Education that are no longer required for program purposes, have become obsolete, or have outlived their useful lives, will be considered surplus and are to be disposed of in accordance with the School Act, and the XXXX: Disposal of Surplus Assets (A/P), as established by the Board of Education. The following items are currently available through a Sealed Bid Process.

HVAC Supplies Lot
There are too many fittings and parts included, so the items will be sold as a lot.

The Process:

♦ All sealed bids must include: 
        the name, address and phone number of bidder
        the dollar amount of the bid
♦ The bids must be sealed in an envelope, or submitted electronically.
♦ The sealed bidding is open to both members of the public and school district employees alike, and is limited to one entry per person.
♦ A review of the bids will be conducted by the Secretary Treasurer and the Acting Director of Operations. 
♦ The selected individual(s) will be the highest bid received and does not need to be present. 
♦ All sealed bid entrants will be notified in writing of the outcome.
