Financial Reports
In accordance with the Provincial School Act (sections 111 and 113), the Board of Education must prepare an annual budget, consult with the community on budget decisions, and adopt a balanced operating budget in the form and content specified by the Ministry of Education and Child Care. Estimated expenditures in the annual budget must not exceed estimated revenues. The Board is required to adopt its budget bylaw on or before June 30th of each year for the following fiscal year.
