Superintendent Search Process

Following the announcement that current Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Greg Smyth, will be retiring at the end of the 2021/22 school year, the Board of Education for Pacific Rim School District has contracted the services of Dr. Keven Elder to support the Board of Education as it moves forward with a Superintendent search process.  Dr. Elder has extensive experience in the K-12 Education sector, and Keven Elder Consulting Services has successfully conducted executive job searches for a number of BC school districts.  Dr. Elder will lead a process that will include broad consultation with the Pacific Rim School District, its partners, and community members.
