Please note the following dates and information below:
June 20: PROM DAY!!
- Venue: Athletic Hall
- Picture Venue: Macleans Mill (Agenda to follow closer to the event)
- Prom Parade: Details will be shared in the New Year
Door Hangers Fundraiser
Trayton Wash Pro's Exterior Cleaning Services has offered $1,000 to support Prom in exchange for distributing door hangers within the community. Students will go door-to-door, briefly introduce the business, and leave two door hangers per household.
- Total to deliver: 2,000 door hangers
- Plan: Students will work in pairs, distributing approximately 100 hangers (50 homes) per outing
- Timing: Four after-school dates in April, based on student availability

We will also be holding a Grad Table Wednesday April 8th at lunch if students want to sign up then
🎓 Grad Incentive:
For every 50 door hangers a student delivers, their name will be entered into a draw for a free prom ticket.

Order spring flowers and plants online anytime between now and April 14.
- Pickup: April 29, from 2:00–6:00 PM
- Location: ADSS Auditorium entrance
🎨 Paint Night Fundraiser
Too busy to volunteer? We understand—life gets hectic! Support Prom while enjoying a fun night out.
- Date: Thursday, April 16
- Time: 7:00 PM
- Location: The Rainbow Room
- Details: A creative evening supporting Prom 2026
- Extras: Light snacks provided; additional food and beverages available for purchase
- Ticket price: $55

👔 Prom Suit Fundraiser – Big News!
Still need to buy a suit for prom? We’re thrilled to announce that ADSS Prom has partnered with Tip Top Tailors!
- Purchase a complete suit (pants, jacket, shirt, and tie) for under $300
- For every suit purchased, Tip Top will donate $25 back to Prom (think prizes!)
- PLUS: Each purchase enters you into a draw to win $10,000 toward future education needs
(Draw date: July 13)- Please bring student ID, report card or a document with school letter to confirm student status

As you may know, Prom is a parent-run event and not connected to the school in any way. Prom is currently being organized by a group of volunteer parents.
