Prom 2026
Hello Parents and Guardians,
Please note the following dates and information below:
June 20: PROM DAY!!
- Venue: Athletic Hall
- Picture Venue: Macleans Mill (Agenda to follow closer to the event)
- Prom Parade: Details will be shared in the New Year
January 17: In-Person Bottle Drive
- Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: ADSS School (near auditorium entrance)
- Action: Start asking family and friends to save their empties!
Grad Incentive:
For every 2-hour shift completed, students will have their name entered into a draw to win 1 of 2 FREE PROM TICKETS (maximum 3 entries per student).

Sponsorship Donations
We need more sponsors! A sponsorship letter is attached.
If you plan to visit a business, please reply to this email or text Michelle at 250-720-9951.
Those who have already committed will receive a separate email to confirm status.

Hello, all Families of 2026 GRADUATES!
As you may know, Prom is a parent-run event and not connected to the school in any way. Prom is currently being organized by a group of volunteer parents.
