The Salmon in the Classroom Program is Back!

Students in SD#70 Pacific Rim have had the opportunity to visit the Dave Chitty’s Education Centre at McLean’s Mill to observe salmon spawning in the gravel beds, fish jumping and a salmon dissection. Staff and students feel luck to have the opportunity to be back outdoors to participate is such a wonderful program. A big thank you all of our presenters!  We are grateful for the support of all the volunteers at the Alberni Valley Enhancement Association and the support of DFO's Stream to Sea Program.
