Strong Start

StrongStart resumes Tuesday October 14 2025 in Ucluelet and Tuesday October 21 2025 in Hitacu.

StrongStart is a free play based early learning programme for parents and families with children.

In Ucluelet we are located at 1-1450 Peninsula Road in the building formerly known at the USS bandroom adjacent to the USS gym.  Lots of parking is available in front of the building.

8:30-10:00 Free Play 

10:00-10:30 Snack 

10:30-10:45 Circle/Story 

11:20 Tidy Up 

11:30 Time to go home 

We enjoy gym time on Monday's and Friday's from 10:00 am - 10:35 am.  On gym days we enjoy snack time at 9:30 am.

Join us for this fun, play-based, loose parts learning for families with children 0-6 years old.

In Hitacu we are located in the Cixwatin Community Centre 700 Wya Rd beginning on Tuesdays October 21 2025 from 8:15 to 11:15.  Please join us for coffee, tea, snacks and play based learning activities.  We would love to have you join us :)
