Tsuma-as Egg Drop

The “Egg Drop” is an annual event at Tsuma-as Elementary. Students and families enjoy planning, designing, building and testing their Egg Drop contraption at home. Then on the day before Easter Break, we test out our designs by dropping them off our top floor landing. It is a great event where students and families cheer each other on as we quickly learn which designs hold strong, and which ones need some adjusting. Each year we look forward to seeing and testing new designs, sharing excitement and laughter and cringe at the unfortunate messy clean up!
