Join Mme Jessica in the library on Wednesdays for afterschool Yoga class.
Yoga is a wonderful way to improve and maintain your physical and mental health. Each week a healthy snack will be shared, guided conversation and different poses to increase strength, flexibility and calm your mind.
All games are held on Wednesdays with warm up starting at 2:50 and games from 3-3:45/4pm (depending on bell schedules).
The schedule is attached and AES has 2 teams: Thunder and Lightning. The games are at different schools each week, depending on your team.
Mondays are practice days, in the fieldhouse.
