A REMINDER: All communication regarding Graduation Information will be sent via email to students' SD70 email addresses
BOOKING YOUR CEREMONY (once you have been emailed the link)
Please read the information below carefully
• Submit only ONE entry
• You will have 48 hours to submit your request — there is no need to rush
• Please take time to thoughtfully choose your preferred ceremony
This email has been sent to both students and their first contact.
Please ensure that only ONE person completes the form. *
If family members are in separate households and tickets need to be divided accordingly, please indicate this in the “Additional Comments” section of the form.
You will ONLY be contacted if your first-choice ceremony is unavailable.
CEREMONY CONFIRMATIONS will be posted outside the Advising Centre the following week after you receive the link.
Tickets will be distributed with caps and gowns on June 17th at lunch.
Please note: We are unable to confirm extra ticket requests until all students have booked a ceremony.
GRADS: Please continue checking your SD70 email regularly for graduation updates and important information.

GRADUATION INFORMATION
To receive the Ceremony Selection List link
Students will need to be in an academic position to graduate, have good standing attendance, and have no outstanding fees or books (textbooks, library books, English department books, Band equipment, etc.).
Students and Parents will receive an email from ADSS notifying them that they are on the selection list and will have an online form to complete. Please resubmit the form if you made an error.
Future updates on the students being added to the Ceremony Selection List will occur ~weekly after the initial one, and you will be sent an email with the link.
Ceremony confirmation dates will be posted outside the Advising and Career Centre.
Requests for Ceremony tickets
Students will be guaranteed 6 tickets for their Ceremony. The school will try to accommodate reasonable requests for tickets above this number. You will be able to request additional tickets in the form (link) that you fill out to book your Ceremony Day. We will not be able to confirm the extra ticket request until mid-June. When students pick up their cap and gown, the tickets (including extra ones) will be with the cap and gown pick-up.
Each ceremony will be streamed live on the ADSS YouTube channel.
