UES Winter Gifting Free Store

UES PAC is holding a Winter Gifting Free Store for UES students on Tuesday December 16. The PAC is seeking donations from the community, including gently used items that can fit inside a backpack (no stuffed animals or clothes, please). The PAC’s goal is to enable each child to have a gift that they can give to a special person in their life. Donations can be dropped off at the UES office.

UES Winter Concert Rehearsal

Please ensure that children are in attendance on Wednesday December 17. This will be a chance for the kids to rehearse and watch the performance. Only UES staff and students will be attending the dress rehearsal.

UES Winter Concert

UES families, please join us for our annual school Winter Concert!

When – Thursday December 18, 1:25-2:25pm, doors open at 1:15pm

What – Each class performs one or more songs/skits

Who - Parents/guardians and younger siblings are invited

Where – UES Gym

Please note – due to having a large student population (239) and limited gym capacity (395), we ask that only two parents/guardians and younger siblings attend the winter concert (no extended community, sorry!).

UES Winter Sing-Along and Just Dance

UES staff and students will engage in a winter sing-along and just dance activities on the afternoon of Friday December 19, from approximately 1:25-2:05pm. We will have limited additional capacity, as we will have approximately 260 staff and students in the gym, but families are welcome to join us for this festive finale (e.g., one parent and a sibling could join).

Term 1 Report Cards

Reports will be sent home with students in the last few days before Winter Break. Report cards that don’t go home will be sent home with students after school resumes.
