Wickaninnish National Indigenous Day June 21st 1:30pm
Students will be sharing two songs with community and families in the afternoon of the 21st starting at 1:30 “We Are Strong” Written by Aaron Watts and gifted to SD#70 and “The Animal Song” written by Pat Morgan Permission given to Grace George to use with our school. We look forward to showing off our new regalia and some of the cultural learning we have done this school year. Please come with lawn chairs and come and enjoy our presentation. Seating will be first come first serve. Our students have been diligently working on creating a school set of regalia huge thanks to our community for the support in raising the money to make this possible it has been an awesome partnership.
