Aboriginal Education

Over 1050 students (30% of the student population) are Aboriginal in SD70. Both our District Accountability Contract and Aboriginal Enhancement Agreement direct learning resources to support students. As well, we have a Local Education Agreement with the ten First Nations communities and the Nuuchahnulth Tribal Council. Spring Festival

Our 6th Annual Aboriginal Spring Festival, will be held on May 14, 2009 from 5 - 8 pm at ADSS. Over 1000 students will be participating this year. Come out and enjoy the fun, food, displays and presentations!
