Parents of kindergarten-grade one age students (ages 5 - 7) are invited to attend a Fun FRIENDS Parent Workshop on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Alberni District Secondary School Theatre, 4000 Roger Street, Port Alberni

 

Fun FRIENDS is a classroom-based program delivered by teachers, with proven results in reducing anxiety and building resiliency in children. It also teaches coping strategies while building self-esteem. This parent workshop will teach parents about the program and ways they can reinforce the skills at home.
 
The Parent workshop begins at 7:00 pm in the Alberni District Secondary School Theatre. RSVP Deadline Tues. March 12 - register by contacting Vera Kaiser;
